Booking conditions for Montara Holiday Cottage.

Payment

A deposit of £75 is payable on booking.  The balance of the payment is due six weeks before the start of the holiday.  The full cost of the holiday is payable on bookings made within six weeks of the start of the holiday.  All payments to be made by cheque payable to A.C. BUBB.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel before the start of your holiday please inform us straight away.  We will then endeavour to relet the cottage.  If the cottage is relet any payments made to us will be returned to you less an administration fee of £10.  However, if we do not manage to relet the cottage, the full cost of the holiday will be due to us.  Please take out adequate holiday insurance to cover you for this eventuality. A full refund will be given if Covid regulations prevent the booking being taken up.

Arrival and Departure

Guests are asked to arrive at Montara after 3 p.m. and to leave by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure to allow for the extra cleaning required.  The number in your party must not exceed the number of people booked.
