The cottage is entered through a small porch to the comfortable lounge which has freeview TV and DVD player, games and books. The cottage has "intelligent" storage heating and there is an open fire in the lounge. The kitchen has a split level cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all the tools, crockery and cutlery that are likely to be wanted.

There is a well fitted shower room downstairs. On the first floor there is a king size double bedroom at the front of the cottage, and a twin bedded room at the rear.

In the front garden is a sitting area, just right for relaxing on a sunny day.

Fine views of Barrow Hill are to be had from the front of the cottage with sheep and cows grazing and the occasional buzzard circling overhead. Passing steam trains can be viewed from the rear bedroom window.

Montara is on a quiet country lane with parking right outside the cottage or just opposite.
