Montara can comfortably accommodate 2-3 adults plus a cot (provided).
There are, however, beds for 4 if required.

Children over the age of 12 only, unless babes in arms. 

Rental includes: beds ready made up for arrival, electric heating and electricity. Please bring your own towels. 

Please note that Montara is exclusively for non-smokers/vapers and we cannot accommodate pets.

 Access Statement

Montara Cottage is built on a hillside which is reflected in the internal layout. Two 9” steps bring you from the street to the front path with a further 9” step into the porch. A 4” step to the lounge from the porch. There is an 8” step from the lounge to the kitchen and another 8” step to the back yard and one to the bottom of the stair lobby which is accessed through a 20” wide gap through kitchen units. All these steps are up. Steepish stairs comprising 10 treads up to the first floor with a handrail on the right going up. The shower room is downstairs off the stair lobby and there is a 6” rim to the shower. All doors are 2'3” wide.
